Well now that I've gotten rid of my weekend weight... it is time to get rid of more!!

106.0 lb
Lost so far: 5.0 lb.
Still to go: 1.0 lb.
Diet followed reasonably well.

awesome! i used to do the same thing...lose..bounce up again.. but it was always easier to lose the second time around. you'll be fine, just keep at it. you don't want to be on a reducing diet for any longer than you have to! maintaining is so much easier :)
