I'm sure this is all water weight coming off but it's still exciting.
178.6 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 38.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Water weight or just weight, it is all the same. Congrats!!!! That is a big deal!!
