SnapPea's Journal, 29 July 2010

I have lost 3/10 pounds on this challenge. I wish I'd have lost more, but I am not going to beat myself up about it and instead am going to celebrate this loss, and keep on truckin'. I get discouraged very easily when I don't get the results I hope/plan for, so I need to maintain a positive outlook over all and remember that a loss is still a loss.

It's Mum's b-day today, so we will be having some ribs and ice cream, but I have budgeted for this in my RDI so I shouldn't go over.
252.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
