Simple diet is the next one to try for me. With my new position at work and needing the quick results to keep me going, this seems to be a good fit. We'll see what happens in the next three months.
239.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 89.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
