Wow, can't believe I've lost weight and haven't really been doing that well. Shows me that just lowering carbs - not even to 20/day - helps my metabolism.
179.6 lb Lost so far: 3.4 lb.    Still to go: 39.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
