Had stomach flu for a day or two last week and was a bit worn down from it for several days so not much exercise. But I kept my calories up as close to my goals as I could while I was sick and down where they belonged the rest of the time.
Time to go find something for breakfast.
Almost forgot.. yesterday my boss (actually my boss's boss) noticed I've been losing weight. Funny, I don't look any different in the mirror. ;)
