Herbie's Journal, 22 July 2008

I've been gaining two pounds most weekends and spending my week getting them off. Bad news! I'm glad to be part of the "Beach" challenge to help me stop doing the bad habits that I know are responsible for those 2 pounds and hopefully get me down closer to my stated goal weight!
131.0 lb Lost so far: 39.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I hear ya girly... summer weekends are brutal for me, too. Up only to fight them back down by the next Friday. Way to go on gettin' Beachy with it!! Kick it up!

Oh Herbie, isn't it funny how well we will stick to our programs for the "team" but have trouble doing it on our own. That is why weight "groups" lose better than people trying to lose on their own. I guess thats why we have this site and the challenges are really perfect for keeping us on track. I know you'll get that weight back down in no time.
