Feeling good, but a wee bit stressed as I'm moving this weekend. I have had a couple of unexpected walks in the past week, and this is good since I had not made or had any time to work out otherwise.

I'm down 1 lb. today. I hope it's not muscle mass, or water weight. Just started my period, so let the fun times begin!
252.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
