Feeling good, but a wee bit stressed as I'm moving this weekend. I have had a couple of unexpected walks in the past week, and this is good since I had not made or had any time to work out otherwise.

I'm down 1 lb. today. I hope it's not muscle mass, or water weight. Just started my period, so let the fun times begin!
252.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1756 kcal Fat: 64.77g | Prot: 61.40g | Carb: 233.13g.   Breakfast: Instant Oatmeal - High Fiber Wild Berry, sugar in the raw, raspberries, half and half, coffee, frozen blueberries. Lunch: cheesecake dessert, taco pizza. Dinner: cherries, refried beans, veggie ground round, 2% sour cream, blue corn tortilla chips, light cheddar. Snacks/Other: mix, gala apple. more...
