I knew that weigh-in at my sister's wasn't real. Either that or I ate enough to put on 12lb... LOL :)
Back at home, and and back to the diet for a few days. NYE I have friends visiting and again I have no intention of denying myself when everyone else is enjoying themselves.
Then the last festive day is the 5th of January. After which I will be back to it full-time.

Controlling myself quite a lot in this end of the year, otherwise it's like a lot of work lost.

Ah Goethe i do agree with you i do feel like a lot of work was lost but in some ways it was worth it... Lol pls i do need to justify it to myself... :(

I agree too Goethe... But if you don't let yourself do it occasionally, and in a controlled way you risk an uncontrolled binge later on. Which could be far far worse.

I always find if you put a bit on it helps to rekick the loss if it stagnates seems to fool the metabolism
