Ive been sticking to all of the guidelines as closely as possible. can count on one hand the number of times since Jan that ive had a little treat. Plus staying on Phase 1 longer really seemed to help. When Ive added new things Ive done it slowly so I can see how my body reacts. That helped SO MUCH, i found out that ANY grains slow down my loss. My body seems to be very sensitive to them. I am pretty surprised myself at how well ive done...I would say the biggest thing I can give as advice at this point is willpower, willpower, willpower. It has taken tremendous willpower.
