Watching what you eat during the holidays is tough. Keeping to a routine is tough. Add losing a parent in December, and the battle becomes not as important as just going through the motions and being a faux human - just to the point of appearing functional - "normal" - when in reality you are a far cry from it.
Today I am getting back to it - back to exercise, back to watching what I eat and writing it all down.
I'm tired of all the Christmas pictures where I'm 'fat' - when I thought I looked 'thinner.' Really getting tired of all that.
Even pulled out a pair of jeans that I had put aside to give away...just so I could breath and (eat more) not be in pain with my size 14 jeans.
Craziness. I'm done with it.
