It pains me to record my weight today, but if I'm not honest with myself, I won't acheive my goals. Yep, gained poundage over the weekend but knew I would with every bite I took. Not to mention, I forgot to take my pills.
Speaking of pills, I've decided to switch pills. We'll see how the new batch works. Different brand and different company. They're supposed to suppress appetite and give you increased energy. All natural.
We had a busy but fun weekend. Got to check out a greek restaurant, had a few drinks at BullyT's house, played some "Rock Band", and had my in-laws and dad over for a VERY NICE bbq lunch on Sunday. It was beautiful out, had a bit of a breeze, and a relaxing time. Had a great meal, too! We had bbq'd chicken, quinoa, cucumber salad, veggie tray, and cherries for dessert. Turns out not many people know much about quinoa so had some new converts after we were done eating. =) My daughter really likes quinoa, too.
I've decided to make a commitment for today. Today I will record my food intake on a journal and I will go to the gym to work out, right after work. I plan to go to the gym 3 days a week. I'm thinking I'll go M, W, F. I'm also on the verge of buying myself a bicycle and bike trailer (so my 23 mo. old can go for rides with me). Bikes are not cheap! Most likely it'll be next month that I can afford one. I've recently discovered several bike trails in the local area and think that would be a perfect activity to do in the evenings that I don't work out. Especially since Fall is right around the corner. I love Fall! Fall and Spring are my favorite seasons.
Well, here's to a better day of weight loss.

An idea on the bike and trailer... Keep an eye on craigslist. My sister is the queen of finding stuff like that off of there! It would be less expensive that way.. Just a thought. Your commitment sounds right on track. Good job getting focused. Have a great day!

Girl... get in line! lol I finally bit the new scale bullet and just posted a big ol' gain. =S SUX BUTT!! lol Yes, look on craigslist and freecyle! I'm sure you'll find a good deal. :) You're doing GREAT!! No worries, no looking back, chin up, dust off and back to what you WANT to EAT to be the ULTIMATE YOU!! You can DO IT! =D

oh fall.. i miss fall... *wake up* HEY i don't think you gained FAT! blame water weight. its what we do over time that makes us gain true fat!! i think. anyway easy on means easy off... lets get your chart moving downward this challenge yes????

YES...cindyshine! Chart WILL GO DOWN THIS CHALLANGE! In fact, I'm 17 minutes away from taking my lil' butt to the gym for my workout night! =) Yippy skippy! It's time to start sportin' those yella polka dot b'kinis! That'll be 5 points for me today! =P GO YELLOW TEAM!
