Don't understand the weight gain, grrrrrh!
237.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It could be some as simple as too much sodium yesterday. Google "why the scale lies" for insight in to water weight gain.
