3rd day rest after weight training

Have been eating lots of protein (at least one chicken breast a day) to promote muscle growth.

Ate McDonalds yesterday night (not planned)
139.3 lb Lost so far: 4.9 lb.    Still to go: 15.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 3.1 lb a week
