Started wit hJenny Craig a week ago on Sunday 12/10/12. Don't have insulin right now either which may add to the weight loss. 8 lbs lost last week
234.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
