I know I'll have more than 1200 calories today. Not gonna worry about it.
193.8 lb Lost so far: 18.2 lb.    Still to go: 43.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It's hard to keep your calories up when it's hot out. I'm concentrating on fruit to keep me going.

I'll be sinnin' tonight on BBQ. Tonight's the Mad Men premier! Love that show. My good buddy Mary and I get together every week and literally pig out on good ol' southern style barbecue pork. (Sorry k8yk!) So I held back on my calories earlier today knowing I would be naughty. The difference now is that I pass on the coconut pie, sweet tea, and mac & cheese. It's BBQ, slaw and water. Runesinger, I did opt for mostly fruit today before I walked my dog. I know the thermometer said 99 degrees earlier, but the steam makes it feel like 110. We were both panting.
