Very, VERY thankful to see the scale move...and move further than it has been before. Particularly after my birthday and my first real sweets since starting April 1st. I had hoped to lose 40 lbs before I go to Oklahoma for a mini reunion of high school friends. I have now lost 50 lbs... ((hee hee hee)) That's a big, friggin' deal. I can now say... I have lost OVER 50 lbs. HA!

p.s. I've been wearing a 2 xl shirt all day. It's a little short...and form fitting for my "form" BUT still... bwhahahahaha! So...what will I do with the 5 and 4 xlts hanging in my closet?? EBAY??!!
