Picked up 2lbs overnight in water after eating pinto beans and drinking more water. going to pay attention to the inflammation factors in foods moving forward. Also had pain on my left leg. Will go back to foods that I know work like old fashioned oatmeal and sweet potatoes for my base fiber and carbs, also will stick with kidney beans for legumes and soy milk as a supplement for protein from legumes. I am considering another carrot, lettuce, celery and apple juice fast for a short time to drop the excess water I picked up. It seems to be the only thing that moves the needle in a significant way as it speaks to dropping excess body weight. The problem I have with this is it limits the level of physical activity and time I can spend away from home.
221.9 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 36.9 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
