Help, I went from 169 to 174 and don't know why. Still almost 100% no bad carbs.
174.0 lb Lost so far: 29.5 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
on diet pardno's own diet   gaining 1.3 lb a week
