ok..back on 26.5 grams....want to stay under that..gout is back and feel like crap all the time..1100 calories..cannot walk because of foot..going to try to avoid grains..i.e. rice cakes and puffed rice..
118.0 lb Lost so far: 4.2 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
