It is like whittling but I finally made it to the 213's. I am adding my exercise back in although yesterday was an off day...today I will exercise again...it may be 30 minutes of dancing...lol...but I will get it back in.

Yesterday I felt exhausted and just couldn't do it. I thought it was the lack of sleep but ended up I had an upset tummy....I am not complaining I would rather this than constipation, but it isn't nice to be up in the middle of the night for it.

So we will see if the little weightloss sticks or not. For now I am taking it!
213.8 lb Lost so far: 34.2 lb.    Still to go: 14.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Good for you. Sometimes I require my SunBeam to stay fixed three days in a row so I'm so hoping I see 225 again in the morning because I really want to record it now. Good work you're doing! Feel better.

Adding in any exercise you can this time of year is great... & obviously paying off.. Or weighting off! Hope you're feeling better, & good about your accomplishments!

213!!! Way to go Jamie. You have worked your butt off for 213. I'm happy for ya. I sure hope you are feeling better today. Congrats on being able to find both energy and time to workout. I can't tell that it's helped me lose any weight but it definitely makes me feel better.

Your body and muscles always need a day to recover anyways. Your muscle grows when you rest. So just look at the benefits of yesterday instead! Congrats on making 213. You will be out of the 200's before you know it!

Gotta listen to the body! Hopefully, your stomach is back to normal today. Go easy for the day, just to be sure! Congrat's on getting into the 213's.
