exercising helps me to maintain but not lose weigh.
226.4 lb Lost so far: 18.6 lb.    Still to go: 6.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 0.5 lb a week

Exercise is a tool to help you burn calories and firm up, but if you aren't eating a healthy diet, than you may not lose properly. I read somewhere that losing weight is 80% diet, and 20% exercise. Those who exercise maintain their weight much longer than those who don't. So keep exercising and work on eating a healthy diet within a caloric range which will help you get those pounds off that you want. Good luck!
