I am on day two of my two day super low calorie detox. I am drinking an outstanding amount of water, back to my long and tough workouts and very little calories to jump start everything. Then tomorrow its back to normal eating habbits. By normal i mean grilled chicken, eggs, oatmeal etc. Had a little bit of cravings last night which i gave into slightly by having some goldfish so hopefully today I can keep that under wraps. Today is the first day of the next three days where i have office parties. self control amber.

the more you eat the more you have to run. just remember that
143.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
