Argh. No workout again this morning. I've gotta get back into the workouts. This week has been bad. I'll try to get in a workout tonight, and I'll go to a workout class tomorrow morning, but that doesn't really make up for the other 4 days when I skipped.
196.5 lb Lost so far: 0.5 lb.    Still to go: 11.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
