Up a bit today, not sure why. Oh well.

All muscle probably from my 20 minute workout last night.

Leaving work early today to write my paper, so I will also be brief here. It is busy at work with various tasks, so I am gonna be responsible, and haul ass. lol.

Felt sore last night in bed, but not too bad today. When I do curls the insides of my elbows hurt a bit. Other than that and my achilles being tight a tad, which is probably not a bad thing.

Also going to ride my bike early today. So I am excited. Mid week break!

foam roller, my friend. don't forget to be kind to yourself in your recovery. you should roll after cycling and before strength training too. i bought a new triggerpoint foam roller yesterday.

Thanks Keld. Heather, I will look into a foam roller, never heard of it. And yes Jess, I am buff like that. My favorite was Chris Farley "Which way to the weight room?". Man, I miss that guy. Just did an hour bike ride, had a nice flat. I almost like flats now oddly enough, I get to sit down, and change a tire. Serves me right I was daydreaming about being greasy when I saw a spot of grease on my hand. Then I did 20 crunches. They are very tough and I think I have learned I have completely neglected my core!
