2467 kcal Fat: 114.04g | Prot: 218.58g | Carb: 139.58g.   Breakfast: Heavy Cream, Egg, Baby Spinach, Pure Irish Butter, Turkey Bacon, knudsen 2% Milkfat Small Curd Lowfat Cottage Cheese , Coffee (Brewed From Grounds). Lunch: Shrimp, Irish Butter, Zucchini, Sweet Potato, Sausage artichoke and garlic. Dinner: Shrimp, Irish Butter, Mushrooms, Haricot Vert, Pork tenderloin. Snacks/Other: Dry Roasted Almonds (with Salt Added), All Natural Whey Protein Dutch Chocolate (MRM), Shot Blocks, Black Cherry, Organic Creamy Peanut Butter, 2% Milkfat Small Curd Lowfat Cottage Cheese. more...
