I am finally under 145, and I couldn't be happier. I just can't wait until I break 140! I have a long way to go, but I have come so far. Today, I ran 5k in 40 mins and 45 seconds. I am looking forward to cut that number down a bit, but I love that I was able to run 5k without stopping and feeling like giving up. I am going to start weightlifting to help tone my mucles and increase calorie burn. This is all I have for now, but I will definitely be updating soon.
