Three more pounds. Another week like this and it'll be 20 pounds in just over a month. I'm going to concentrate on that and not on how much further I still have to go.

I was checking an online calorie calculator and it looks like I need to drop 50 lbs off my max daily calories due to the weight loss so far.

347.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 97.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
