I did what I said I would do. I cut out nuts completely. Also, I incorporated a bit more protein into my diet by eating Greek yogurt. Have to watch that I don't pig out in cheese though. The best other addition is salsa. Salsa seems to be a great snack along with celery sticks. Carrots are still good, but are a bit too crunchy, but satisfying.
