I've been changing up my diet and trying to eat more protein. I'm pleased with the results that I got by doing that. Oh and even more exciting: I got to the green line, YAY!
173.0 lb Lost so far: 46.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
