I knew I shouldn't have eaten that chicken combo at Wendy's last night. Oh well it happens. As I've always said onward and upward from here all the way striving for a better tomorrow. Happy friday Everyone :)
187.8 lb Lost so far: 5.1 lb.    Still to go: 37.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I've been craving fast food for a few days now, and I think that sometime I'm just going to have to get it and eat it, take the calories, and move on. You'll do better, we all have those days, just keep positive!

I've always heard you do better to give into your cravings occasionally and have a cheat day then to just constantly deny yourself. I guess if you deny yourself too long, once you do cheat, you tend to go overboard cause it's hard to stop cheating. I typically try to allow myself one treat a week. I guess this week's treat was my McRib a couple days ago--so worth it!! :)
