After a few days up a pound or two, settled in at 278 again, but seem to be plateaued there. Hoping to break past it with lower carbs after a few high carb days. Blood sugar 99.
278.0 lb Lost so far: 47.0 lb.    Still to go: 73.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
