Well, I still seem to be slipping in the wrong direction on the scale, but my habits are definately going in the right direction. Its amazing the different I can see after one week back at the gym and not just in my body - my brain is 100% better. My eating habits still need some work - I really need to get back to recording stuff because I've been making too many excuses for eating stuff. I'm not being really bad - just between being busy, stressed and sleeping strange hours on top of it being birthday season - well, a few too many slices of cake and other treats. Interestingly, the return to exercising daily has me craving more healthy food and less junk. I think I'm going to take another stab at vitimins too.
Today so far -
1 banana - 1 pt 1 egg - 2 pts 1 bun - 3 pts 1 cup of tea - 0 pts 2 cups of water - 0 pts 1 small handful of multigrain cheerios - probably less than a point
1 salad with feta - about 2 points 1 bagel with light Strawberry CC - 8 points 1 piece of chocolate - 1 pt 1 little yogurt - 1 pt
So far - 18 pts Exercise - 40 mixed ab exercises (about 2 minutes) 30 minutes biking

Diet followed reasonably well.
