Beating at the scale 2 tenths at a time... that's 700 calories, if I manage that now every couple of days I will be happy. Got to eat enough to keep the metabolism up. Got to move enough to make sure there is no excess. Got to continue to build muscle, especially through the core. Body fat is slowly shrinking. Slow is good.
182.2 lb Lost so far: 22.8 lb.    Still to go: 17.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

You have the right attitude for sure- slow and steady- Well done with the program. I love the fat shrinking- mine just isn't happening quickly enough for me ;)

I think you are doing great! You are just on a plateau, meaning simply that you are not burning more than you eat. Assuming your eating habits have not changed in the last weeks, your metabolism has slowed protecting you against starvation. You may want to change something up... shock your body with more (healthy) food, or perhaps with different exercise, maybe up the fluid intake.
