Gotta get down to 150 lbs to be able to go back into the military. Gotta count calories, because its a self-proven way that I can lose weight. Trying to force myself to use P90X, or at least force myself to work out daily so I won't resort to starving myself (which never works anyway), to make myself toned, ready for the physical fitness tests, and to feel like I have more control over this venture. Civilian life hasn't been as successful as I had hoped..I must lose the weight to give myself another chance at a better future...

Day 1: P90X: Chest & Back (1hr)
181.0 lb Lost so far: 27.0 lb.    Still to go: 46.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
