This is a great way to start a Monday morning. :) I'm finally under 140 again. Now, to keep it there.

Last week: Monday- 1 mile jog.
Tuesday- 1.5 mile jog.
Wednesday- 6 miles biking (to work!)
Thursday- 3 miles biking (I was sick that day)
Friday- no exercise
Saturday- 11(?) miles biking
Sunday- 23(?) miles biking

I only did sit ups on Monday and Tuesday, that's something to work on more this week.
I don't have my bike today, so I can't bike to work. :( But I will do something active this evening.

Loving my new place. I like letting the dog out on my lunch breaks and the convenience of being in town rather than 25 miles away.

Time to get ready for work. Happy Monday!
139.5 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
