I did low carb everything yesterday except my added piece of toast yesterday morning. Today has been a much better day. I'm glad I'm finally able to get back on track after 8 days of not being "on plan."
238.8 lb Lost so far: 16.2 lb.    Still to go: 108.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
