I have found that more than NOT drinking water before bed is NOT drinking caffine. It aggravates the urinaey tract and makes the nees to go more urgent. Keep drinking lots of water, it helps to keep your system hydrated, keep you feeling full, and it is just better for you. I have been on a one way track since the summer of '11. I siderailed, which for me means that I stopped drinking my water. Originally between July of '11 and Nov'11 I had lost 50 lbs. I gained back 25, then started back up this August, more diligently. Since then I have reportioned my food size, increased my water intake, and started walking. I have lost almost 45lbs and I am very focused on losing the rest.... BEST OF LUCK TO YOU!!!! Stacie
