This is a great question. I want to go down one more waist size. I also want to be as lean as I can be (lowest body fat percentage). My plan is to work hard at this, getting some training help as necessary, eat all the healthy good that I want and just let my weight land where in comes into equilibrium with my exercise and eating habits. For sure, any changes will be much slower now. I can only guess that I will end up being a few pounds lighter than right now.
