No loss no gain! Guess it is a good thing, but I would really like to get by butt in gear! I need and want to get these last 12 lbs off NOW!!! I need to refocus and get this weight off! I am still feeling really good about things, but getting frustrated about not losing any more then I have! I have been stick at this weight far too long and it is time to get ride of it! I have been getting great exercise and eating ok...need to refocus on that and drinking water again...not that I am drinking anything else, just not drinking enough I don't think! This weekend I splurged a lot with BBQ's and all the hanging out with friends I didn't do so well, but I am getting back on track and I am going (HOPING) to do it this time! I am going to stick with the detox phase for the next 5 days and see what happens...going away for the weekend so it won't be easy then, but hoping that if I stick to it for the next 5 days it will kick in gear! Wish me luck! Hope all is well with everyone and you all had a great 4th of July weekend!!!
157.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hey, during a weekend of festivities, no loss no gain is pretty darn good in my book!! :) I didn't stick to my diet really either. I just wanted to enjoy myself. Also, when you're with a big group of people and the food is already there and prepared, it's kind of hard not to eat it. Keep up the good work...you'll be at your goal sooner than you think.

this is really good hedder :), its better than gaining weight. tip : try drinking warm water with a spoon of honey and the juice of half a lemon during the day, it calms the stomach and cuts cravings.

no loss no gain is great, imagine how frusterated you may have been if you gained- plus it was on holiday weekend- so thats a feat in itself, you keep doing what youre doing- and inspiring us all while youre at it :)
