Down a bit one day later. Partly, this is water loss as a result of fasting for medical reasons. It's taken a few days for the weight loss to catch up. Partly it's the effect of restricting calorie intake below the maintenance level. Now, I've got to keep up the restriction and try to find a good balance to keep my weight stable at around 165-170, as that will keep both me and my doctor happy.
175.6 lb Lost so far: 161.4 lb.    Still to go: 7.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
