My behind THOUGHT I was 168 until I jumped on the scale this morning and almost fell off it. Getting way to close to 200...I have been there before and it is not a good look for me. I tend to become round with stick legs. TODAY will be extremely clean and EXERCISE will be done. The next weigh in will be on Monday morning. I am hoping to be back in the 160's. One more thing...even if the bottle says no carbs..alcohol transforms into sugar. I know that is what is causing the weight gain. Time to dry the heck out... Pheh!
172.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
