Well, all things considered, this is not bad. Just back from two weeks of beer and chocolate in Belgium - a very tough period between Easter and going on holiday (definitely ready for a proper break). Just before I left, I actually weighed 85kg (didn´t register it officially). So all in all, this increase could have been much worse.
In fact, I did weigh myself as soon as I got back (2.5 days ago) - first thing in the morning at home - and it was 90kg! So, yes, this is not so bad.
And even better, I´ve been to the gym - I´ve been eating my favourite salad stuff - and I´m feeling on track again - so fingers crossed!
