Been fighting high fasting Bgs all week. Eating well less than allowed cals but not necessarily within carbs. Need to get on a more regular diet with balanced nutrition. Still haven't done shopping since arriving in Socal last week.

Made it through Thanksgiving without much issues.
190.4 lb Lost so far: 63.6 lb.    Still to go: 6.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
