I guess that means my plateau is well and truly broken through!
289.6 lb Lost so far: 93.6 lb.    Still to go: 79.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yea the 8 dodgy days between now and the 5th of January are still worrying me though. I'll have to be extra good to stop them derailing me. I'm assuming that a good chunk of these lbs were weight I had lost but that wern't showing up over the last couple of weeks for whatever reason.

I used to be in Germany every couple of years many moons ago and lived on curry wurst. They were the business... Sausage in curry sauce the ultimate fast food delight...happy days :)

Thanks everyone. As I said earlier I was a very happy man yesterday (still am in fact) but as I mentioned above I have 4 bad meals, and 4 bad days coming up over the next 6 weeks. So I have to keep it together to get through them.
