Well sort of expecting this considering it was Thanksgiving this week and that half my face is swollen from pink eye. I also really haven't done as much exercise as normal, partly from the pinkeye and partly because of relatives here visiting. So now I know for next time that I have to find a way to get my exercise in anyway. Lesson learned.
176.9 lb Lost so far: 42.1 lb.    Still to go: 11.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
