Herbie's Journal, 01 July 2008

Holding steady at a bit below 129, which is good. I managed to undo the damage I'd done over a few recent weekends and am hoping to keep good habits during the upcoming holiday! All in all, it's going fine and I'm enjoying being outside a lot this summer --gardening, swimming in the local pool, riding my bike, etc.

I just talked to my neighbor across the street who started SB recently and has lost 8 pounds already. Of course I told her about fatsecret and encouraged her to check it out. If she ends up joining, I'll let y'all know so we can make sure to give her good support and encouragement.
128.5 lb Lost so far: 41.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I just watched Dr. Agatston on a dvd I bought and he explains that getting off your diet once in while is really expected and it happens. The good thing is that now you know to just get right back on track and eat healthy. Eating a dessert once in a while or pasta out isn't going to harm you, you already know how to succeed and keep eating healthy and making good choices the majority of the time. You look great! I smile every time I see that pic on your bio! Enjoy your summer
