Another weekly stall. That's okay, because I'm sure I'll lose next Friday. I'm really happy about how much I exercised this week - 30-60 minutes everyday.
249.0 lb Lost so far: 21.0 lb.    Still to go: 89.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
