It's pouring down rain; flood watches and warnings in effect, and it's still a lovely day. I slept well last night, did my 2 Zumba classes this morning, am watching Beau enjoying the company of squirrels and birds (he's doing better), and I have yummy leftovers for lunch.

I weighed in at exactly the same weight as I have for the last couple of weeks, and my clothes are fitting more loosely. I now have a pair of size 8 petite pants, and I got a new winter coat, size medium. Last year at this time I was wearing a size 20W jeans and a women's 1X coat. I'm still getting used to the "new" me. I don't think of myself at trim or thin or any of those kind of words.
134.3 lb Lost so far: 67.7 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I have only known you as thin - so there. Glad you are having your own personal sunshine today. Makes the day so much brighter - even in the rain. Glad the puss is better!

Thanks, Neptunebch! You think of me as thin? :oD Cool, more sunshine! I realized that I baked a loaf of home made honey flax whole wheat bread, a pan of brownies with peanut butter cups in the middle (to get rid of the last of the Halloween candy), and an Impossibly Easy Southwestern Chicken Pie yesterday; that's a lot of good smells in the house! And I only had one tiny square of a brownie (OMG, sent the rest off to work with my partner today)! It feels good to get things accomplished.
