I actually picked up a pound week over week. Going to have to hit some more walking I guess. I was on plan the entire week. This has happened before and I will get caught up by next weigh in :)
242.2 lb Lost so far: 30.3 lb.    Still to go: 57.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hey Rhoads, I see you had a small weight gain. I reviewed your Diet Calendar to see the lean & green information, but didn't see much filled in for the weekend. Don't be discouraged...
